This band was formed in 2011, by Ryan D. Spurlock and former wife, Jennifer Kaye Flannery. It was originally formed in a drastic attempt to collect money for an attorney, to fight Jennifer's parents for custody of her daughter. The attempt was unsuccesful and from The Black Death on, was strictly made out of Ryan's love of music and disdain for religion and government. He is actually still making music under his real name now, as a solo artist. He is currently married to another atheist, just like himself.
