Local Vocal is a Danish a capella choir with roots in Nordic sound traditions. The choir consists of about 23 happy singers of all sorts and ages including students, computer programmers, actors, teachers and retirees. None of them are professional singers. The repertoire is wide and covers songs by new Danish upcoming artists such as Hannah Schneider and Julie Maria, and classics like Leonard Cohen’s "Hallelujah" and Michael Jackson’s "Black or White".
