This is a romanization of 神前暁. Satoru Kōsaki (神前 暁, Kōsaki Satoru, born September 16, 1974) is a Japanese composer and arranger best known for his work on anime series, including Lucky Star, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, and Monogatari.
