Kletka Red create high energy punk rock originals and covers of classic klezmer tunes. Led by Berlin-based singer and guitarist Leonid Soybelman, the band also includes the drummer from Japan's Ground Zero, Tony Buck, and guitarist Andy Ex, of the Dutch rock band The Ex. Kletka Red released their international debut, Hijacking, on John Zorn's Tzadik label in 1996.
