kevcops is Kevin Coppola, a remix/electronic/mash-up/bloghouse artist originally from San Antonio. After taking a hiatus on his rap career (known as The CO Double P), he started making mash-ups with the help of his mentor Party Time 2000 in 2007 after being inspired by Girl Talk's Night Ripper. He is known friends with The Leolaw and has hinted on doing a side project with the members as well as a tour. In late 2007 he stated 'Mash-ups are dead' and began to focus on electronic remixes. kevcops is known for his wild live shows and comedic anecdotes.
