Kempsey are a pop/rock band from Canberra, Australia. In 2005 the band (under the name Never In Doubt) released their second EP, entitled The Victorious Can Dream. This gained the band some attention and even radio airplay within Canberra, at the end of the year the band was also awarded an Arts ACT Government Grant. In 2006 Kempsey released their third EP entitled 'A Collection of Colour and Thought', Which caused a major stir in the local music scene.
