Jessica Jolia, widely known for her versatility and five octave vocal range, is an American recording artist, songwriter, producer and humanitarian. She is also the recipient of the 2020 SAMMIES Award for Best Singer/Songwriter, which recognizes Sacramento’s biggest and brightest in music. As an advocate of music education, innovation and entrepreneurship, Jessica proudly serves as founder and owner of Dekada Records, an independent record label, and as a voting member of The Recording Academy.
