Janove Ottesen is most known for being the front figure of the Norwegian success rock band Kaizers Orchestra that retired for an indefinite break in 2013, but in early 2016 new winds started blowing. After nearly three years of dust settling down on the iconic band the man premiered his first song Regnbuen Treffer Oss Ikkje Lenger at a Norwegian music awards show under the artist name Janove. Despite the resemblance one can hear in the new solo music, Janove has said to take much more influence from music he himself actively listens to - such as R'n'B, hiphop and rap music.
