Bahamanian soul artist who beginning in 1965 through 1976 recorded a series of soul tracks with an occasional funky Caribbean inflection for a variety of American labels including Conlo, Thomas, Chess, Decca, Perception, SSS International, MCA, Sound Stage 7 and Nassau. His billing occasionally was listed as Jamo Thomas & His Party Brothers Orchestra, and his biggest hits were "I Spy For The FBI" , and "Bahama Mama".
