IRONYC was initially formed in summer of 2008 by Goga Didebashvili(Guitar & Vocal) and brothers George Machaidze (Lead Guitar) and David Machaidze (Drums). Fireball used to be the name of the band. Goga invited his friend Nick Molashvili to play the bass guitar and he agreed. Fireball held several local Heavy metal tribute (Iron Maiden,Metallica..)concerts in 2009. Nick Molashvili was replaced by a new bass player Irakli Dautashvili ans the band started writing new material. The band had a break from 2009 till summer of 2010 as Goga had to go to the U.S.A for a year. Ironyc is actively writing new,original material and the listeners will soon be able to hear us at live concerts. The band and its music is influenced by number of bands: Iron Maiden, Metallica, Godsmack, Ensiferum,Death,Dream Theater, Megadeth, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Kiss,Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd,Yngwie Malmsteen, Joe Satriani,Antonio Vivaldi,J.S.Bach..
