In the Day is aggressive pop-punk local to Erie, Pennsylvania Shane Young - Vocals, Drew Chiodo - Guitar, Jake Horton - Guitar, Tony Amatangelo - Bass, Jess Scutella - Drums. Most of the band members played previously in hardcore and metal bands during the revival of the straightedge/hardcore counter-culture in Erie that made listening to hardcore bands trendy between 2005 and 2007.
