I am Disaster is an energetic emotional rock and roll band from Springfield MA that is taking the area by surprise. The Band has been around for over 4 years and have spent the last year recording their recently independently released debut album "What Could Have Been". They have been featured on local radio stations such as WLZX 99.3 and WSKB 89.5, and have also been playing every weekend, drawing around 100 people or more plus headlining at their local shows. One of the bands biggest moments so far, was playing the Skate Fest 2003 at the Palladium in Worcester, MA with such bands as Simple Plan, The Early November, Coheed and Cambria, Fairweather, The Movie Life and many other great bands, as well as also playing local shows with such bands as Piebald, Garrison, Breaking Pangea and The Lost city Angels to name a few. I am Disaster have done everything independently with all funds coming out of their own pockets including recording costs, transportation, and merchandise. The band has a very strong drive and a love for what they do and are dedicated to do whatever it takes to to expand their name.
