The "Hostages of Ayatollah" aka H.O.A. were a german punk band from Velbert, near Essen. In 1985 they released one ep and one Split LP together with Manson Youth which later turned into Jingo de Lunch. In 1988 they released their only album and disbanded shortly afterwards.
