Hold Your Breath was a post-metal / experimental / sludge band from Belo Horizonte, Brazil. The band was created by members of bands as Carahter, Hein?, La Venganza Marcha and in the between thousands of different musical and artistic references. The unity of all remains the desire to put on songs the feelings of every one without being related to pre-established styles. Even looking for something beyond entertainment, Hold Your Breath talked about urban or literature themes to try to expand its forms of expression. Gradually conquered space in the independent scene of Minas Gerais and Brazil with heavy music and its experiments with new textures and dynamics. Played their last show in Verdurada Curitiba in February 2010.
