In-house composer and pianist for KONAMI, Hirofumi Sasaki (佐々木博史, Sasaki Hirofumi) is mostly known for his contributions to the GUITAR FREAKS and drummania series. Aside from songs directly credited to him, he also composed songs such as DEPARTURE, BOBBY SUE AND SKINNY JIM, and To the IST. He was reported to have left KONAMI, with his last piece being Timepiece phase II in GUITAR FREAKS 10thMIX and drummania 9thMIX.
