Hiqpy is an indie rock quartet formed in Amsterdam and comprising Abir Hamam (vocals, guitar), Victor ter Veld (guitar), Tom Radsma (bass) and Kasper de Boer (drums). Abir and Tom previously played in Nemsis, whereas Kasper drummed in Yip Roc and Stella. Formed in 2023 Hiqpy performed live all around The Netherlands, making a name for themselves as a performing band, well before their debut record release. A two-song 'vinyl only' single, Slachthuis Sessions, came out in April 2024. The band's debut digital single, 'Something', finally dropped on 10 January 2025.
