Howard Smoot, (12/15/05) professionally known as HANNiBAL HACKENBUSH is an american multi-genre (primarily alt-rock, hip-hop, rap) songwriter, rapper and producer, hailing from Dallas, Texas. Throughout his career HANNiBAL will change scene name thrice, starting with ASA ICE. First song under this alias was released in 2019 on soundcloud. Then around early 2021 his name was changed again, to The Flood. On april 11, 2022 releases his debut HANNiBAL SKULLFUCK's single HANNiBAL FROM THE 214. This name will stick with him for a while, until completely changed to HANNiBAL HACKENBUSH on August 3rd, 2024. HANNiBAL HACKENBUSH was also a member and a founder of MISCHIEF RADIO collective disbanding it on february third 2025. He's also actively promoting his other visual and audio collective TERRiBAL RECORDS.
