Guard Your Steps was a hard hitting melodic metalcore band from Nashville, Tennessee. In the autumn of 2007, five bros embarked on an intergalactic mission of epic proportions. The five arrived at college, some for the first time, some returning, and decided to start a band embracing their metal roots. The band that emerged was Guard Your Steps. Guard Your Steps strives to write music that is unique, but that people enjoy. They refuse to stick to one style, often merging many influences to create a whole new experience for the listener. Their goal was to convey a positive and uplifting message through the intensity of their music. In late, 2009, the band posted a blog entry explaining their disbandment.
