Hailing from a pedigree of blues guitar, psychedelic rock, and sci-fi pulp radio, the Milwaukee-based artist Ghostkid doesn't seem to fit comfortably into any one genre. Provoked by the progressive techniques of his electronic, glitch, and lo-fi heroes, Ghostkid takes fuzzy melodic structures and throws them into expansive, groove heavy backdrops, all while maintaining a sonically organic feel.
