There are at least two artists with the name Form One: 1.) Hiphop/Rap artist Johan Reinhold hailing from Sweden. He started MCing in the late ninetees. His album "Behind Blue Eyes" became critically acclaimed in Sweden and introduced him to a wider audience, also across the Swedish borders. Today, he is considered to be the "one of the most prolific and successfull Swedish rappers rhyming in English." They started out in 2002 with their current line-up being Mike Brushey, Nathan Gray, Mark Ritter and Perry Trinier. They become more and more famous across Ontario. One of the reason for them to go to London and produce a full-length album in 2007.
