Flattbush is a grindcore band with a mixture of various other genres. The band was formed in Bellflower, CA, a small city within South Central Los Angeles county, in early 1994, consisting of Enrico Maniago (vocals), Brian Legaspi (lead guitar), Eric Joseph Long (rhythm guitar), Arman Maniago (bass guitar), and Anthony Gonzales (drums). Flattbush is a grindcore band with a mixture of various other genres. The band was formed in Bellflower, CA, a small city within South Central Los Angeles county, in early 1994, consisting of Enrico Maniago (vocals), Brian Legaspi (lead guitar), Eric Joseph Long (rhythm guitar), Arman Maniago (bass guitar), and Anthony Gonzales (drums). Flattbush played in support of Melt Banana of Japan and toured Southern California extensively. Flattbush's drummer Anthony Gonzales resigned and was replaced by Ramon Vicente Banda in 1999. Billy Gould signed the band onto his indie label Koolarrow Records in 2001. In 2002, guitarist Eric Joseph Long resigned and was then replaced by guitarist Bradley Walther. Following the release of their Koolarrow Records debut called Smash The Octopus and their first American tour, drummer Ramon Vicente Banda also resigned from Flattbush.
