Far Beyond Empire is a Death Metal band based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Born in 2016, the band had some line-up changes through the years. After playing several concerts locally, the first major breakthrough was the opening-act slot to Greek metal band Warhammer that granted many great reviews. In 2020, FBE found the right line-up and went directly to the studio to record their first album, Sleepwalking Society (2021). The band focuses on a modern Death Metal approach with melodic, progressive, and groovy arrangements featuring both guttural and clean vocals.
