1. In 1990, Ron Keel formed the band Fair Game (aka Ron Keel's Fair Game), a project Keel fronted with four female backup musicians. Two of the songs recorded by the band were featured on the soundtrack to the movie Bad Channels. Their complete recording sessions finally emerged in 2000 on the Metal Mayhem label billed as Beauty & The Beast. FAIR GAME is a music producer, composer and sound designer based in Cape Town. Over his years of making music he has developed a distinct melancholic yet hopeful sound based in lofi hip hop with influences from downtempo, electronica, ambient, indie rock and neo-classical music. This sound is evident in his breakout song Wednesday Afternoon which was shared by Jungkook on the BTS Twitter in April of 2020 -causing the song to chart on Spotify in multiple territories and rack up millions of streams across all platforms.
