Facelift Deer is an award-winning blend of dance-floor fling and rock’n’roll. It was formed in 2011 by five schoolmates in the smallest town in the world – Pärnu, Estonia. Since it isn’t exactly the town with the most entertaining extra-curricular activities, they spent their time playing music together and scraped together just enough money to release their first demos, which were well received in the local radios. Their live shows consist of pure energy and badass indie-rock. They continued doing what they did best and that determination soon got the band a record deal with Universal Music and flew them to the final of Estonian Song contest. Their first album got them „The best newcomer“ and „The best rock album“ at the Estonian Music Awards, which blew the youngsters’ minds. All of this is the result of the band members having fun while dedicating themselves to what they love the most – their music.
