2) Encoded is a solo, electronic artist based in Illinois. Formed in 2010, Encoded creates deep tracks such as "Space" from the Depth album that provide countless hours of fap dancing and pseudo taxation debate. On March 28th, 2011, Encoded was nominated for it's first Sammy award but lost to ss23 laments and their hit track "Barbie Girl Remix". Encoded has since created several hit tracks such as "Butane Lovin", "Small Things", and "Brotherly Love" that have gone on to win absolutely nothing.
Studying various influential albums, Encoded developed a strategy to become an artist himself and with help from Big Sim, they founded Butane Records. The label originally featured such artists as Cruel Malone, AlyCat, and Nu JP Devil, along with Encoded himself. His stage name was coined by his grandmother who spent a majority of her life trapped in a time matrix preaching the nutritional value of Ramen Noodles. Encoded first gained prominence when he attended a hip-hop summit hosted by Big Boiz and Six Farran, releasing his first mixtape Hard Life in 2002, followed by a record deal with the independent label, Get Low Recordz owned by x to the ninth. In 2011, Encoded signed a 2 year contract with Simma Records Read more on Last.fm.
