Elou Elan is the nom de disque of the Norwegian-Danish recording artist Eva-Louise Rønnevig, based in Copenhagen. Both on record and stage, Elou Elan beautifully combines the warm woody moods of 1950s jazz and the cool blue melancholy of Nordic folk with the innocent charm of 1960s Brill Building pop and the knowing sensuality of French chanson.
