"The Hicks from the Sticks". A simple description and reference to Mid-West Stoner/Grunge rock band DORA DANK. Formed in the countryside of Missouri & Kansas in the fall of 2005. The four piece is comprised of Clint Shelton (vox), Daniel Green (bass), Eric Clay (guitar) and Gregg Koelling G-Dank (drums). With a majority of regional music focused on metal, screamo, and hardcore, DORA DANK draws on 70's metal, 90's grunge, and Stoner rock groove. The band released its debut E.P. "Sunflowers & Sinners" in the summer of 2007. DORA DANK continues to thrive on their live shows, playing regional rock venues such as, The Riot Room, The Beaumont, The Granada, The Brick and The Uptown Theatre.
