There are four artists who share the name David Long: 1) David Long was born in 1975 and began playing mandolin in 1996. Long has toured the US and Canada with The Wildwood Boys and Karl Shiflett and His Big County Show. He has also toured and recorded with Mike Compton. Stomp. 2) David Long is a New Zealand composer, producer, and musician. He has worked closely with Peter Jackson, contributing to all of him films in the the 2010's. He also scored the biographical documentary McLaren about legendary racing driver and fellow Kiwi Bruce McLaren. 3) David Long joined the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir in 1982. He faithfully served in the Choir for the next ten years. And it was there he met his wife Debra. In 1993 the Lord led them out of the choir into a journey that would deepen their love for Him, and further cultivate a willing sensitivity to the Spirit of God that permeates the music and lyrics of his songs. 4) David Long is the former frontman with Into Paradise, an alternative-rock band from Dublin, Ireland.
