There are at least three bands called Damaged:
1) Coming from Ballarat, Australia, Damaged are an unconventional metal band. Although self described as "hatecore" Damaged incorporate many elements typical of death metal, metalcore and grindcore with unusual song arrangements to create a unique style. Considered to be one of the earliest examples of deathcore.
Do Not Spit. (Full Album).
Passive Backseat Demon Engines. (e.p.)
Token Remedies Research. (Full Album).
Purified In Pain. (Full Album). (Kevin Sharpe (Brutal Truth) vocals).
Also try Walk The Earth, Rampant Calamities. Matt Skitz drums (Damaged), Jamie vocals (Damaged).
2) A hardcore band from Wellington, New Zealand. Now broken up.
3) Damaged, the female fronted, four-piece Brighton band formed in the summer of 2009 after the inevitable crash and burn of BellaNova. The band has been described as “the bastard love-spawn of Kyuss, Hole and Minor Threat” by one Brighton promoter, and have been given due credit for their heartfelt lyrics and energetic live performances. Amongst the metal-heads and scene kids of Brighton, this band stands out by having the potential of commercial success, without following the current trends.
Damaged supported Adrian Erlandson’s current project Nemhain just ten short days after they formed in August of 2009, and have been gigging and writing new material since. The band consists of C.J. (guitar and vocals), Wil (drums), Bolschy (bass) and Wriggs (lead guitar), and are planning on releasing their first EP in March 2010. Read more on Last.fm.
