Collapsing Realities started as a solo project by Ezekiel Lagos (vocals, piano and synthesizers). In mid 2009, he formed a band with some friends, booked studio time and they recorded their debut album, "Atrocious Forms Of Happiness". Halfway through the recording process, Ezekiel expressed his will to move to Dublin, Ireland, which prompted the departure of bass player Ramiro Astrada.
