Argentinian folk singer "Romantic folklore pioneer". Born on 9 November 1946 in Los Toldos, Buenos Aires. Died on 16 July 2010. Carlos has a history of more than 35 years in show business, beginning in 1969 in festival Baradero and Cosquín Festival in 1970.
