Biography
The quirky rock duo Call Florence Pow consists of singers / songwriters / multi-instrumentalists Brian Jacobs and David Tobias. Friends since the third grade, both boys shared a passion for the guitar. Tobias was taking classical guitar lessons, while Jacobs imitated the hair-metal bands of the late '80s.
