Biography
Bring Back the Guns started as "Gandhi in Vegas" with Matthew Brownlie on guitar and vocals, Erik Bogle on bass, Eric Tes on guitar, and Lisa Harrington-Squires on drums. Soon after the start, the line up was changed as Erik switched to guitar, Thomas Clemmons joined on drums, and Blake Powell on bass. It was after this change that they took the name "Groceries." In 2004, after some recording attempts and the loss of Powell, Ryan Hull joined on bass, and the band changed their name to "Bring Back the Guns." They toured closely with "So Many Dynamos" and release a couple more EPs including "This is a fine romance."
