Ashley Jane Welberry is a young, up and coming single/songwriter from Hertfordshire. She has been playing the piano since the age of 10 and singing since a toddler. With an array of different musical influences, from Tori Amos to Fleetwood Mac, Ashley's music has a wide appeal. After taking a 6 year unplanned break from music, Ashley is back on the scene having teamed up with some brilliant people along the way. Live, she will be singing and playing piano on a range of original materials and some covers, with her percussionist Jamie Oram, violinist Cassie Hodgson, cellist Laura Seddon, and guitarist Matt Allen - this creates a very special sound. Currently recording her debut album original material, Ashley is working with producer John Verity in his studio in rural Bedfordshire.
