A power blues band extraordinaire! Armadillo Blues is a power blues trio from the dark southern parts of Sweden and has been active since about 2005. From being a matter of only local concern, they have gradually gained increased attention from the rest of the country. They have release three full sized CD:s and a four-song EP. Two of the CD:s are available on several of the major digital music sites (Itunes, Amazon, Spotify, etc). Physical CD:s can be purchased from Fridhammar Music, or directly from the band. The music is influenced by old delta blues and Chicago blues as well as more modern music, regardless of genre. Since a couple of years ago the band has increased its efforts to write its own material, as can be heard on the three latest albums which mostly contains their own material. Armadillo Blues has performed at various venues in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and England. Currently, they are making plans for a return to England during summer 2015.
