Arilena Ara (born 17 July 1998 in Shkodër), also known simply as Arilena, is an Albanian singer. Born and raised in Shkodër, she made her breakthrough in the Albanian-speaking world, after her victory in the second season of the talent competition X Factor Albania. Arilena participated in the 18th edition of Kënga Magjike and finished in third place with the song "Nentori". Due to the success, she rose to recognition in Romania and Eastern Europe and peaked at number one in the Romanian Airplay 100 chart. In 2019, she won the 58th edition of Festivali i Këngës with the track "Shaj" and was scheduled to represent Albania in the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 with the English-revamped version "Fall from the Sky" before the contest's cancellation. <a href="https://www.last.fm/music/Arilena+Ara">Read more on Last.fm</a>.
