Aperture Sound is an audio/visual alias made by Justin Hamilton. The goal of his project is to blend both visual art and music together to create this audio/visual experience. Justin is born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and is living currently in Lynchburg, VA. A lot of his inspiration comes from memories and places from his hometown, which gives his music a very nostalgic and intimate sound. Justin tries to make his music that brings out emotions that people never knew they had before by experimenting with different sounds and samples that nobody has heard before. A lot of Aperture Sounds inspirations are Mura Masa, Flume, Bon Iver, and James Blake have influenced the experimental sound that makes him stand out from other artists.
