Ratatoing is a Dallas, Texas-based band fronted by famous chef Jack Seely. He has opened 4 restaurants so far (Pearls in the Motel Pool, Olympus Mons, Strawberry Palace anc Atlas Moth). He has not opened a new restaurant since Ratatoing in 2011, stating that "Ratatoing is an amazing restaurant, and I will not open another one until I can top it."
