Biography
Aiko Hasegawa (長谷川愛子) is a Japanese koto player. She was born into a musical family, beginning lessons with her mother at an early age. She is a member of the Yamato Ensemble along with her teacher Kikuko Satoh. Since 1988 she has had engagements in Britain, Europe, the United States and Central America. In 1990 she won the second prize in the Miyagi-kai competition.
