(1) Age of Panic is a metalcore band from Lexington, Kentucky. (2) Age of Panic is a hardcore band from the Netherlands. They started in 1997 and developed a style blend with influences from bands like Rykers, Sick of it All, Hatebreed and Slayer. After playing several large shows in 1998 through 2002 with bands like Backfire! , Angel Crew and the last tour of the legandery Spudmonsters, a shift in balance occured in the band. The bassplayer found other interests, the guitarplayer moved to bass, the singer left for personal reasons and was replaced. Short after this black page in there history it was time for Age of Panic to move on and take over the local and foreign stages with style. They have been on a roll ever since and they are not about to stop anytime soon!
