らせん (Rasen) is referred to as a 'special-unit' visual-kei band. It is the collaborative side project of vocalists 二人静(Futarishizuka) (of Ｃｒｕｃｉｆｉｘｉｏｎ) and 祈狂-kikyo- (of La'veil Mizeria). Their music is a similar style to both of the founding member's other bands (aggressive punk infused gothic rock, mixed with a more melodic style found in many late 90's visual-ke bands) and features dual vocals. らせん tends to have only sparse periods of activity. Their first performance was on May 29th, 2016 at the La'veil MizeriA x Crucifixion two-man live entitled 磔ラレタ人形ノ螺旋葬劇～懺悔～ (HaritsukeRARETA Ningyou NO Rasensougeki ~Sange~). At this show, they released their first single, '螺旋葬劇' (Rasensougeki). The unit then resurfaced again as the opener for Crucifixion's first one-man live, "十三月ノ明晰夢" (Juusangatsu no meisekimu) on February 26th, 2017. At this live, they sold their second single '傀儡' (Kairai).
