Нежное Это (English: Nezhnoe Eto; translation variation: Tender/Gentle This) is a virtual project founded in the late 90s in Saratov, Russia. It started with Igor Melnikov (Mel), an artist, musician, copywriter, program director of the radio station. This radio has played a key role in the project's creation . At one New Year's Eve, Mel decided to decorate the station aired a new holiday songs. Since December was rainy, Mel, looking out the window, called the track as "Снежное лето" ("Snezhnoe leto", "Snowy summer") . When it was time to come up with the name of the project, Mel, as a true copywriter, crossed the first letters of both words - and it turns into "Нежное Это" - easy, exciting, mysterious. The second member of the project - Sergey Suslin (Susel) - at the time of the project was a simple schoolboy. He brought his radio demos and showed them to Mel, the demo was very much like acid jazz. Melnikov became interested and invited Susel to work together. Together musicians created a vision of the future of the project: a positive attitude towards life and music. In the 00s, Nezhnoe Eto released its first single, "По сети" ("Po seti", "By the network"; 2002), and four albums: "Снежное лето" (2002), "Совершенный пустяк" ("Sovershenny pustyak", "A complete trifle"; 2005), "Парапустяков Round The World" ("Parapustyakov Round The World"; 2006), "Счастье внутри" ("Schastye vnutri", "Happiness inside"; 2007). Nezhnoe Eto went on hiatus at late 00s, but came back in 2023, after Runet discovered the project in 20s.
