Ρίτα Αμπατζή (Rita Abatzi; 1914-1969) was a singer of rembetika. Αμπατζή was born in Smyrna, now İzmir, Turkey, and began her career in the first half of the 1930s. A versatile singer of rembetika, Smyrneika, and other music, she was a popular performer on Gramophone records in the 1930s. During that decade, the only female singer of rembetika who rivalled her in popularity, and in the number of her recordings, was Ρόζα Εσκενάζυ. Αμπατζή performed with many of the most famous musicians of the time. Her career ended after World War II.
