Zarya is the Tomsk-born duo of singer-songwriter Tatyana Pronkina and sound designer Kirill Chernov. Pronkina has previously released a solo track on Masterskaya, a label run by the Ukrainian pop icon Ivan Dorn, and was a resident at Parallel, an organization that aims to battle gender inequality in Russia's electronic music scene.
