Victim Culture is a band from Long Island, New York. Debut full length, "Defined," is to be released Winter 2009 and is a conceptual album with one word titles about "hot button" or pressing issues. It is seeking to redefine "punk" music by keeping the ideals but varying musically between songs (or within songs). So far there's only one full time band member, Mike Sheehan, but the album will have unspecified guest appearances. Pending full band for future releases.
