Val Verde are 3 Fifers and a Weejie who in 2008 began to make their mark on the Scottish music scene. They have established themselves on their home turf of Dunfermline, Fife as one of the top live acts on the local scene and have built up a strong following as well as a string of industry admirers. 2008 seen them supporting some quality acts including: Tom Hingley (Inspiral Carpets), Chris Helme (The Seahorses), Attic Lights, Sergeant, Figure 5 and Broken Records to name but a few. This year they hope to build on the reputation they have built locally, and with a bit of graft and perseverance, look to spread the name Val Verde nationally.
