V8 Wankers is a punk 'n' roll band from Offenbach am Main, Germany, formed in 2000. The band's first live performances took place in 2001 alongside Skew Siskin and Rose Tattoo. Their debut album, "Blown Action Rock," was released in 2002 on Element Records, followed by a tour across Germany with Cosmic Ballroom. In the same year, they performed at the Bizarre Festival and in Croatia with Motörhead. Their second album, "Automotive Rampage," was released in 2003 on Rude Records, after which the band again toured with Rose Tattoo and appeared at the Wacken Open Air festival. In 2005, they released the album "The Demon Tweak" and embarked on a European tour, performing in more than 120 cities in 2006. The album "Hell on Wheels" followed in 2007, and "Foxtail Testimonial" was released in 2010. The band, once known for having heavily tattooed members, now features musicians with fewer tattoos. They describe their musical style as high-speed rock ’n’ roll.
