1) A Turkish rock band The Turkish rock band "Uzak" was founded by Omer Demirel &and Koray Koyunpinar in late 2003. Struggling to find an appropriate singer affected the band's work and things have gone fairly slow for the band. They had to wait until February 2005 to finish their first demo "Iz". The feedbacks were encouraging and "Uzak" continued writing new songs and performing gigs in local area. In December 2005 the band was done with their second demo "Aralık". Despite the low quality of the demo the band won some critical acclaims and continued composing new songs. However, due to a clash of interests in band Uzak was forced to change its line-up and until the first quarter of 2007, the band couldn't record new songs. Uzak released their first video for "Ruya", a song about a rather dark side of a city life. Following the appreciation of "Ruya" the band started to record their third demo. But due to time restrictions the recordings stopped after "Ruya".
