TrickLife is a Colorado based band formed in 2002 that prides itself in having all original music and a style all its own. How would you classify TrickLife music? They’ve heard terms from alternative to Nu-Metal. But people that know and enjoy the band have stated that they’re “a breath of fresh air in the new music of today” that put on a high energy show. When you look at this multi-talented band, it’s impossible not to see how a vast array of experience has been put to use to make TrickLife what they are today. The music ranges from an “in your face” rock with hard hitting vocals all the way to ballads that will make the women swoon! The men that make up this band are all involved in creating and writing the songs — therefore, one is never let down when listening to an entire set by TrickLife. With a combined experience in the music field of more than 50 years, these guys have learned and developed a truly unique style. When the members — Jason, Eric, Matthew, Scott and Christopher decided to combine their talents in mid 2002, those years of experience proved that timing is everything in today’s industry. TrickLife has managed to find the perfect mix of influence and talent in the group of guys that make up the band. They each bring a unique insight to the table that is welcomed and implemented into TrickLife’s music and makes it truly enjoyable to listen to. So — to classify TrickLife may be putting them in a box they don’t belong in.
