Composer Pete Wong, a.k.a. The Nexus, has broken new ground with the recent launch of his 10-track album, Paradise. He first burst onto the professional scene in 2003 when his first album dedicated to world peace, Peacevolution, was released. Four years later, he set up his own company, NexusCreative, to fill a niche in the market. Since then, its portfolio has included major organisations and multinationals such as Discovery Channel, Crime Investigation Channel, Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Tourism Malaysia, Thailand Tourism, Sharp and Panasonic. A graduate from the School of Audio Engineering and Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Pete has also made a mark as a multimedia designer who won several Web awards.His forte is his ability to merge visuals, graphics and subtle messages with a variety of sounds and themes. His music ranges from electronica and new age to thematic, orchestral soundtracks, sometimes accompanied with vocals of various genres.
